Account and organizations

This area covers everything related to your account and the organization you're working in right now.

What you'll find here​

  • Your account data (name, email, language).
  • The active organization — the one currently displayed on every other screen.
  • A list of organizations you belong to.
  • The button to switch between organizations.
  • The option to sign out.

Switch organizations​

If you belong to more than one organization (for example, two companies or a customer + internal account):

  1. Click on the organization name at the top of the screen.
  2. Choose the organization you want.
  3. The rest of the interface switches to that new context — projects, members, and permissions change accordingly.

A good chunk of access problems that look like "my projects are gone" or "I can't see screen X" come down to being in the wrong organization. Check the indicator before anything else.

Change your password​

  1. Open Account.
  2. Click Change password.
  3. Enter the current password and the new one.

If you sign in via corporate SSO, your password is managed by your provider — not by RuleForge.

Interface language​

You can choose the language of your account (Portuguese or English). The choice applies to every screen and also to transactional emails you receive.

Sign out​

Click Sign out in the account menu. For security, sign out when using a shared computer.
