Billing and plans
The Billing screen shows which plan your organization is on today, what it includes, and what an upgrade would unlock.
What you'll find here
- Current plan name.
- Available features.
- Usage limits (projects, members, integrations, etc.).
- When applicable, access to the billing portal to update payment method, download invoices, or change plans.
Plans at a glance
Free
To get started: editor, validation, manual log test, test cases, and workspaces.
Pro
Adds versions and API access — you can formalize releases and automate via keys.
Team
Adds reviews, quality criteria, and integrations. Designed for teams collaborating on the same content.
Enterprise
Adds SSO, automatic provisioning (SCIM), and private deployment. For companies with corporate identity and infrastructure requirements.
Comparing and upgrading
The screen itself shows what each plan includes and highlights what you'd gain by changing. To subscribe or change, click See plans or Manage subscription.
On paid plans, the organization receives emails for:
- trial started;
- trial ending soon;
- payment failure, so you can update the card before suspension.
Limits
Each plan has different limits. When you get close to a limit, RuleForge warns you on-screen. If you exceed one, some actions are temporarily blocked until you upgrade or free up space (for example, archiving old projects).
Common questions
"I upgraded, but some features still don't show up"
It can take a few minutes for the new plan to reflect on all screens. If it takes longer, contact support.
"Where do I update my card or download an invoice?"
Open the Billing portal on the Billing screen. You're taken to your payment provider's secure environment.
"Can I try Pro before subscribing?"
Yes. The Start trial button activates a trial period with all Pro features. You get email reminders before it ends.
