Send feedback

RuleForge has a dedicated area inside the product for you to submit feedback. It's the fastest channel to tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to see.

When to use it

  • Bug — something isn't working as it should.
  • Improvement suggestion — an idea to make something existing better.
  • New feature request — something the product doesn't do yet.
  • Question — when the documentation didn't cover what you needed.

How to submit

  1. Open your profile menu.
  2. Click Send feedback.
  3. Choose the type.
  4. Describe what happened (or what you'd like). The more specific, the better — mention the screen, project, or exact step.
  5. Submit.

Feedback goes straight to our team.

What happens next

Your feedback moves through these stages:

  • Received — arrived and queued for evaluation.
  • Under review — someone from our team is looking at it.
  • Planned — has entered the development roadmap.
  • Resolved — addressed.
  • Won't implement — we decided not to pursue it (we explain why).

You can check the status of your feedback on the submission screen itself.

How to write good feedback

  • Say what you were trying to do.
  • Say what happened.
  • Say what you expected to happen.
  • Attach a screenshot if it helps show the problem.
